Precast Concrete, Pipe and Block Making

Mixers:

Compubatch Systems can assist with the batching requirements of the Precast Concrete and Block Making industries in Australia. We recommend the range of mixers supplied by ScaleTron of Canada. For details of twin shaft and planetary mixers please refer to our industry links section under ScaleTron.

When coupled with our range of batch control systems linked to product demand stations and radio call systems, we can offer the complete solution to all Precast and block making requirements.

Moisture Control:

Moisture management is critical in all areas of concrete production but none more so than the block making industry. Compubatch Systems are proud to support the RadarTron and MixTron range of guided microwave moisture sensors from ScaleTron Inc of Canada. The RadarTron is available in analogue and digital configuration and offers unparalleled accuracy measuring the moisture content of sand and fine crushed stone in overhead storage bins and feed chutes.

The MixTron 2 is designed for use in mixers; it measures the moisture of a dry mix and then adds water to the mixer faster and with more precision than anything else in the world. Featuring a replaceable SiN ceramic faceplate for incredible durability the MixTron 2 has a stainless steel shaft that is adjustable to allow for mixer wear. Coupled to a PLC with a touch screen interface providing a graphic display, MixTron 2 gives the operator a unique window on the mixing process.

We are also pleased to recommend the products available from BadgerMeter Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA .
